Before beginning any campaigns or designing any bespoke templates for your clients, it is imperative that you lay the groundwork and do the basics. The first step is to have the client permitlist our/your email from addresses, as it is vitial that your client's mail server recognises your send from addresses, so emails are not blocked from reaching the end users.
You can manage this by ensuring that you handover your permit listing documentation to the client for them to pass to their respective IT team. The IT team will then mark the send from addresses as safe and they will not be blocked when your campaign emails go out.
If you ensure you do not miss this step, then the take-up will be higher and stop any potential issues during launch, which would invariably lead to a dissatisfied client.
