Can I do bulk uploads for a user, to backdate 12 months of payslips?
Yes, you are not limited to the number of rows per user on a particular file, however the system will insist that you have a different pay period per row for a duplicated user.
An employee says they cannot see their payslips, despite them being published?
The system has to assign each payslip to a pre-existing user, and looks to the user's External ID and DOB on the system. If it cannot match the payslip to a user in your company it will not guess, instead it will not allocate that payslip to any user. You can view and download a list of instances of this from 'unassigned payslips' in the reporting area.
Can I upload payslips early, but trigger emails on a certain date?
Yes, it is possible to do this. When uploading the payslip file choose to not email staff. Then, from within the 'Email Notifications' section you can schedule emails to go on a set date for a particular file you have uploaded.
