How to add a Recognition Value

Values are a core part of your Recognition program and will drive the positive actions you hope for your employees to be performing against.

Values are most commonly a company's ethos and culture. The recognition platform is a great tool to further cement these values into your workforce. Before adding any values you should have had an internal discussion as to which values you want your staff working against.
