The reason why you're making these selections will determine which of the three selection statuses you should choose.
Incomplete:
Best used to show an employee when they log in for the first time that there is action required against this benefit in order for them to complete it. Perhaps you've implemented a new benefit and want to provide it to all staff, but need them to come in and action something against it. As an administrator, you are able to force through these selections and bulk amend status to something other than incomplete.
Added to Basket:
Best used if you are migrating from another provider and having a new benefit window upon launch with You at Work. This way, you can preload what the employees had last year in order to make renewals easy for them. As an administrator, you are able to force through selections left in basket at the end of a benefit window.
Completed:
Best used when migrating to You at Work mid-year, after completing a selection window on a previous providers platform. Enables the employees to see their active benefits they chose earlier in the year, seeing when they started and when they're due for renewal.
