Now that you have groups setup, let's say you want to add half of your work force to one group and half to the other group (e.g. London office and Cambridge office).
This could be a very tedious task if done one by one! Luckily we have a bulk allocation tool built right in to the import users section of the admin portal.

On the data upload file you will find a new column titled 'MemberGroup' Here is where you can allocate users to groups in bulk. The image below shows an example of how you could use this feature.

Note. Make sure that the MemberGroup name exactly matches the group name you created.
