Segment your workforce within Recognition

This feature allows you the option to limit the recognitions your employees see, removing the noise from teams, departments or offices they may not have any usual interaction with.

Using Custom Fields, which you can label to your preference, you can set a default filter so the employees feed is automatically filtered for them based on anything you require. This could be team, department, company, anything...

There is also the ability to remove the "show all" option from Employees, so they can never see what's happening in other segments.

However, the segmentation at it's most strict will still allow employees to recognise others outside their segment, and be recognised by someone outside of their segment. Such recognitions will appear in the feed for employees of both segments.
