Another much-requested feature has been delivered in 2020 which we're excited to share with you all.
You at Work have traditionally worked with clients to set up their annual selection windows for them, where staff have one set period in the year to select certain benefits. However, we often had requests from clients to open small windows throughout the scheme year for specific individuals. Often to allow new joiners to choose benefits after they join, or sometimes to just let all staff come back and have a 2nd chance to select benefits they didn't in the previous window. Previously this was a big task, a small project in its own right - now there's no need to request this from us, as it can be done by yourselves within a few clicks.
You at Work Ltd will continue to create your annual scheme for you*; we will set up the benefits to your specifications, and handle employee communications for that annual selection window. You will then be able to create additional windows within that annual benefit scheme, all within three simple steps.
1) Set window dates
2) Choose which benefits from the annual scheme to be included
3) Choose who can see the window
Any windows you create yourself will not have You at Work communications enabled, and you will, therefore, need to communicate the window's availability with your staff outside of the You at Work Portal.

*: Some clients have contractual agreements allowing them to have more than just the annual window setup by the You at Work Implementation team,You at Work will continue to honour those agreements. If you are not one of these clients but would be interested in having extra windows maintained by You at Work instead of using the self service tools, please contact your engagement manager to discuss the requirements and potential cost increases.
