As a BenefitHut™ standard customer, we have already implemented all of the introductory benefits to your hut. However, you now have access to a range of other benefits that you may wish to addon and offer to your employees.
You can find these additional benefits inside our benefit catalogue.
What is the benefit catalogue?
The catalogue is designed for you, the employer, to be able to view and signup for a range of benefits in order to start offering them to your employees. The catalogue should give you all of the employer facing content required in order to make a decision on whether the benefit is right for your employees.
Important points:
- Our Benefits Catalogue is available only to administrators who have the benefit approval role
- The Catalogue contains a host of benefits that you may not have added to your scheme already.
- The benefits you already have are marked as “selected”
- You can view a preview of how each benefit will look to employees; the preview is a non-interactive screenshot
- Each benefit has a different sign-up process, which is instructed under the benefit title - Some benefits are instantly enabled when you click “Sign up”, some require a separate contract to be signed with the new provider, which our team will send to you.
Are there any additional costs?
Generally, there are no implementation fees to add any of these benefits. However, some benefits may have their own individual fees passed on by the provider and some may be payroll deduct where you fund the benefit in advance and recoup from the employee.
All of this information is in the “How it Works” section.
Who does the fulfilment?
YouatWork will handle the fulfilment on all of the benefits within the catalogue that are selected on our portal. There are several benefits where no fulfilment is required, as the employee selects on the 3rd party provider's website directly.
How do I access the catalogue?
You can access it from the home page, and from the Benefits tab inside the admin suite…or click below to go straight to the catalogue now
