An overview of appointment bookings

Great! You've signed up for our new appointment booking feature, so start taking advantage of its features by getting it set up right away!

What is it?

Well, as the title suggests this feature enables a client or a partner to setup and allow members to book appointments of any kind. 

We have integrated with leading appointment booking provider "Calendly". Almost all setup and configuration is handled within the Calendly system which is then iFramed into our system, you copy a link for the appointment from Calendly into our admin areas then sit back and relax as the integration takes care of the rest.

Calendly is more than just appointment booking, as it integrates with the calenders of both parties; informing the attendee of their upcoming appointment as well as informing the host of the upcoming appointments.

You the host can sync their calendar to Calendly too, so if there is a sudden need to book an important meeting that same timeslot will be immediately un-available within Calendly.

Calendly also sends confirmation and reminder emails to both the attendee and the host
