Recognition is linked to corporate values to help highlight and reinforce a company's culture or even promote change. A company will usually have 3-6 values which they want to recognise employees for demonstrating (you can certainly add more if you'd like).
In addition, you may want managers or administrators to recognise other values such as long service or sales person of the year, which wouldn't be generic values available for selection in a nomination by most employees.
These can all be set up within the Values page.

From the main values page, you can add or edit values, or make them inactive if they should no longer be available for selection within a nomination or if you have a strategic and/or cultural change.
